Make the difference for gender diversity in STEM with the Yfactor 2015

In 10 years, Arab States, Central and Eastern Europe as well as East Asia and Pacific have succeeded in attracting more women in STEM studies. These are the countries where the percentage of women graduates is higher than in the rest of the world. Can this now  happen in Western Europe /Latin America / North America ?

To ensure that tomorrow’s inventions and discoveries meet the needs of both women and men we need your participation in this survey. You can make the difference by expressing your viewpoint on topics that matter: education in STEM, employment, work life balance, the added value of gender diverse teams.

What’s in it for you?

The survey is available for women and men (18+) until the 31st of July 2015. The survey results will be published during the fourth quarter of 2015.

You can fill in the survey here, it takes 5-10 minutes to complete, please do not forget to tick the Women Shift Digital box at the end of the survey when asked which network you are part of.

You will be one of the first to receive the survey’s results and you could get the opportunity to be interviewed by Global Contact media partners and be invited to a Yfactor European Conference.
